Yikes! I'm next door in 1377 and we have the Top 10 Alliance council thing, too. My Alliance also doesn't zero weaker players if we're raiding for resources. KE brought out some drama, but overall the State stands together against wannabe whales or individual bad eggs, regardless of what Alliance they belong to.
