LOL. That is nothing new for 1407. Again, that state is one of the strongest ;) I've always been impressed by how they operate. They're very well known in neighbouring states and we are expecting them to win the next Tyrant or the one after. Very interesting state!

This “1–2 alliance” take on 1407 really misses the mark and saying so ignores how the state actually functions. If you look at events, you’ll see strong performance coming from multiple alliances.
