State 1428 [TLT] THELEGENDS. I Wouldn't transfer there unless you want to be attacked by people from your own alliance. Has NAP but they don't care about members attacking one another. Toxic leadership that don't care. If you spend lots of money you can do anything you want and get away with it.

State transfer mechanics - Group 10 State transfer mechanics - Group 10 *picture 1 is the transfer in february and picture 2 is the one in january* So i’m currently in group 10 and was hoping to be able to transfer to a 136X state this transfer. However, group 10 only expanded upwards and has the same lower limit as before - state 1428. The earlier groups moves downwards, but not group 10. Does anyone know how this works and when/if group 10 will be integrated with 13XX state…

Hi, #1428 player here. Your first SVS you get paired with an older state. You're more likely to get paired with my state than theirs.
