I’m really sorry to hear you’re not happy with your AL.. Unfortunately there are many leaders that are too power hungry and care more about themselves than their members. Untill you can state transfer which I think will be March/april..I would suggest you either join another alliance, or set up a new character in another state untill your state transfer opens then jump your main account..
