Hahah, the state of 1569, which lost in svs, is now sharing this. The funny thing is that the strongest alliance of the state of 1569 protects themself by making secret agreements with rival alliances. Then it acts like it cares about the alliances. Also 1569 has not kept the agreements in the same way. They complain about the players who got burned because they did not open the shield. Because they are irresponsible managers.
