There's like four alliances left that are active and most are leaving the moment transfer opens. Everybody else is inactive or doesn't participate. Super dead. If you're looking to transfer to get away from drama stay away from 1657. It started out well but then the whale alliance and dolphin alliance took over. TMD and PKN. It was good for them until they lost last SVS. Most of 1591 is waiting for transfer to kill the state.
