1603 had some chill whales but I believe they are transferring out this week. Afterwards we will have some dolphins but no whales

That sucks, our KOR in 1603 is chill. A little distant and they tend to stay away from inside state matters but they show up when it counts, like SvS. We lost our last one, but the other state were moving around destroying small, non-competing alliances and a couple of whales along with KOR chased them out before they caused too much damage. We have a good state in 1603, though. Everyone's chill, we just gotta figure out how to win an SvS one of these days lol.
