Cris is correct. State 1614 unfortunately didn't deal with their problem alliance in the beginning, that alliance has caused nothing but issues for months, burning whole alliances for even speaking out! now they've collaborated with the next strongest and the state is now full dictatorship with those 2 only allowed to make any/all decisions ect many are now leaving. 100% Deal with them while you can
