My alliance left 1777, it had KOR, but at first they were not our problem. The alliance BLD was who bullied us the most and would burn us constantly. 1777 - the most powerful alliance can't be bothered to interact with anyone or care about SVS or the SFC. The second most powerful alliance usually runs the state and is a KOR run by a very erratic leader who will literally burn someone then ask them to help in SVS the same day. They take offense at anything. Mostly just threatening talk but action often enough for threats to be oppressive
