Theyre planning to recruit ppl from other state, but our alliance, which is no.1 atm, are spreading the word to every state we can see to not ever ever transfer to 1792. This is the same as my state 1792. Ran by a Korean Dictator called Kimmy who just does what he wants and doesn't abide by any rules. A lot of people are going to quit/have already because of him.
