We matched against that 2060 whale in our third svs, where our whales were about 3-400m power and he was 1.2b at the time. We still beat them in prep and battle. The other top 2 alliances left 2060 since the guy is a dictator and now 2060 is just a 1 alliance state

Avoid 2060. Our current state president refuses to share presidency and is inactive outside of SVS and castle battles. He only cares about the throne and the power it gives. He doesn’t activate the state buff or help the state grow.
