A lot of transfer group 13 servers are dangerous to go to, either because they're dead or are dictatorships. You need to do a LOT of research before deciding on a state to go to. Here are some servers that are dead/dictatorships: 2340, 2330, 2326, 2258, and MOST states with Korean alliances, most, not all.

My post was made so #2326 would be added to the toxic state list, so there aren't any new transfers and show the players who are responsible so they can't as easily transfer to a healthy state. I hope ROK enjoys ruling a dead state, lmao.
