My old state issued this same command. and when someone started fc4, (there were three folks) the president burned them. This was the beginning of the descent into the power grab, bullying and general shaming from the number one alliance in the state. I left, and am now in a better state where people aren't constantly watching and stabbing folks in the back. #2360 wrong.

Join a good alliance. I'm in state #2360 . If one of our member , that attacker is zeroed the alliance is warned if they don't listen whole alliance would be zeroed too
