Hello my friend, i started in state 3000, and brought 2 accounts, from states in the 2800s here to 3000, It is possible to do it in 2 transfers depending on the groups, our window of states from transfer can go from 2890s to 3100s, so as long as you transfer yourself a bit closer, next transfer that have a state group 2890s-3000s you should be able to join us :)

You don't need a NAP. 3000 doesn't have a NAP and we're 7 for 7 in SVS Prep and SVS Castle Battles. The Whales in the state get along and don't bully people and the State has a Healthy Dolphin and F2P population that saves well.

State 3000 - Gen 4 - BearTrap State 3000 - Gen 4 - BearTrap S3K BearTrap in state 3000 Undefeated in SvS, Alliance Showdown, Foundry and Canyon Clash. And probably the best Bear in the neighborhood.

The states I referenced above are 3000 and 3050. 3050 used to have drama when it was very young, then they adapted a no city attack rule for a while. It was modified to max 2 city attacks outside of NAP. Its still a peaceful, healthy state, I recommend it if you are in the same neighborhood.

Few states in the +3000 group are worth joining. Pay close attention and believe me when they post things about "toxic states" in the transfer chat. It's very serious, there are many tyrants in those states.

If you can go a little higher i can heavily recommend state 3000, the top alliance in that state has a bear at 14:00 and the state overall is super healthy
