There’s attempts to unite, but the whales are in alliances that left nap and refuse to work with nap to fix things.

At this time, 3028 is a toxic dictatorship with morons in power hiding behind whales. Almost everyone outside the #1 alliance is awesome, but most are looking to transfer out. Avoid 3028 unless there’s a huge power shift in the next couple of weeks.
