I’m in state 3057 and while I’m not personally F2P (low spender here), several of the people in my alliance are F2P or very low spenders. We are still the 2nd most powerful alliance in the state and have a ton of fun. Everyone’s growth is celebrated, not just the whales. We are also a very active alliance. I think it 100% depends on the state and alliance, but F2P players can be competitive and have fun with this game.
