It wasn’t always like that. Unfortunately the ones who are now like this feel entitled and they spend ridiculous amounts of money leading into the thousands that makes them powerful in the whole state. It was like that for me in state 309 so I had to leave. You can’t compete with a whole alliance. I only had 8M and got attacked daily until I had no option but to move state
