I was wondering the same thing. I am currently in #407 and it is almost all M.E. and East Asia players from what I can tell. The language barrier can be daunting. Even my alliance is horrible. There is only a (maybe) dozen active and they won't help on builds, do rallies, answer questions in chat, etc. I am trying to find a good state to transfer to before I just throw my hands up and say F it. The game isn't very fun when you aren't able to use all of its features.

Moving State Moving State My friend and I are thinking of moving states when state transfer opens for us.. any recommendations to which state we could potentially move to? Our current state is ruled by the top alliance who make rules that apply for everyone but themselves and we’re tired of it. We’re in state 407. Thanks!
