No, this is state 511. That gear would be achievable by a F2P player. He is probably incredibly low in the overall state power. Better off making your own account in a new state.

I'm state 511, very peaceful and united with SVS and very successfulat this so far, the spoils of sunfire are shared, good NAP 10 although no one goes aftwr any allaince as we know this is bad for the state.

Avoid state 511 Avoid state 511 State 511 is controlled by the top 2 alliances. Simply put, big bullies. The current president abuses his power for personal vendetta, putting people he kicked from his alliance as offenders for no real reason. Other alliances are on the verge of revolting and boycotting SvS.

Happens eventually, 511 state is very good, we have a few problem alliances but now SVS is in full swing they now keep themselves to themselves. Any disaffected an active happy players are more than welcome in 511.
