State 706 here. Give you a little insight of how my state operates. All R5s and rally leads from the top 4 alliances are in a chat group planning strategies for SvS. The top player and the second player, both from different alliances shares tips and practice together on fortresses to work on rally timing. The last svs, we were so mismatched in power against our opponent where they had a whale of over 500m power and 5 rally leads from 4 different alliances hit all within 2 sec…

State transfers? State transfers? So I have a friend in state 706 who wants to transfer to 813 but we have no idea how to do it. She bought a state transfer pass but we are still confused how to make this happen. Anyone have any idea how it works or if it’s possible?
