State Transfer State Transfer Got several people....as in 2 maybe more top 10 alliances looking to get out of state 710 during the transfer. Can anyone recommend some decent states without dictators that are pretty active?

state 710 is in disarray. The number 1 alliance are dictators who have 2 whales who burn things for fun. Okay its a war game but we are 2 weeks away from our first SvS. 1 top 10 burned this week. Tried to do another today. World chat has been constant drama for a week now. Somehow they think other alliances are going to help for SvS......they are mistaken. Dont go there during state transfer steer clear.
