Avoid State 1075 Avoid State 1075 Inactive state and a dictator! Maybe 5 or at tops 6 active alliance (including farm accounts). Whale is not friendly at all and the rest of NAP won't put their foot down when he 'vetos' important votes that aim to better the state. Many more have quit recently because of said Whale and his alliance threatening and draining the fun out of the game.
