Im in state 1166 and its pretty chill as long as you remember to shield during KE/BIA and SVS (theres always well established rules shared in the wc multiple times), theres a nap5 (theres also space in the nap5 allainces for new members), well organized to push for svs wins (sign up list for the research, construction and training day boosts to make sure everyone with speed ups saved gets to maximize them), and generally a nice atmosphere. Well! We have an established alliance in 1166 that needs about 30-35 new members. We did the same as you 2 months ago (transferring from q dictatorship) and finding a server to take a whole alliance was tough. Took 2 waves and we had to pick up an skeleton abandoned alliance with no tech. We have it almost done now. Anywho. We have room in hours if you are interested. Shoot me a pm if so!

Actually NAP here on 1166 has excellent rules. The top 3-4 alliances even share fort buffs together when they can. Only burning happens during BIA, and it's not personal (unless you try to rush a fort to get first tewards. Everyone here hates that),and typically not even wide spread. But NAP members voted on keeping city hits (1-2 depends on BIA) to keep members aware on bubbling and best ways to rein. Kinda like a little training. All in all. 1166 is actually great. We've wo…

I'm #1166 and it's very nice State here. The only problem we don't have enough Whales, so, last SVS 1 Single Whale named Volt from another Server defeat half of our troops. That's why we loose SVS, in other times more Fair we won the battle. We also Have NAP and rules here.

Don't listen to them. 1166 is an extremely friendly state. All the alliances get along with each other. We work together. I genuinely have no idea where this guy got his info. Yes the top alliance left NAP but still abides by NAP rules in all aspects. Bros just a hater

AVOID 1166 AT ALL COST!!! So in cases like 1166, we had a whale alliance leave NAP that actively bullies people, and burns them a lot of the time. Rogue alliances in high power are just… yeah.
