State transfer group 3 State transfer group 3 Currently in state 160 and very much want to transfer out. Does anyone have any information on state 170? Are there any alliances looking for transfers? Is it a good state to transfer to? Any insight or information would be greatly appreciated. I am currently FC5 223K in power. 160 is just so toxic and many have left for other states. My current alliance has even had a mass exodus during the last few transfers.
