1701. KOR doesn’t follow the rules they themselves create. During the state transfer, they didn’t allow other alliances to recruit new members, only those joining KOR. At the castle, we have a rotation, but in the end, their members attack most of the time. If someone calls them out, they just laugh and mock people. Definitely quite a few Korean alliances end up this way. In my state, the Korean alliance (TOP) were second in power and began rampaging all the other alliances. Our state whale alongside others in the #1 alliance had to step in and burn their flags to make them stop. They have since then disbanded and largely scattered during transfer.
