Don't transfer to 1859 Don't transfer to 1859 Whiteout survival potential transfers. I started it 1859, helped build and shape it as a r5 of the 3 largest alliance the most. Was r4 of top 1 for a bit too. Do not transfer here. The alliance TTN has been transfering in whales and has started a take over. I can't speak for people in other states because I've never done a state transfer (and with how much of a hot mess other states are, I probably never will lol). But KOR in #1859, while being one of the top 3 alliances in the state, are fair and courteous with other NAP alliances, and genuinely take turns on rotation for control of sfc and fortresses and so on. Never had any problems with them.
