It's probably very true. I might have been delusional because our whales are very good about being cooperative and following rules for the good of the state. Also, other opponents like 1922 were also very good and transparent. So it probably was me thinking 1864 would follow the rules they set.

Avoid 1864 Avoid 1864 A new state transfer group should be coming up in March. If you are thinking of leaving your state. Do yourself a favor and avoid 1864. Unless you want to be ruled over by a Whale who throws fits constantly and threatens to burn people every time he doesn't get his way.
