Whatever you do, don't go 1940, the state really lives up to the year 1940. One day you'll wake with up no Nap, the next day you'll wake up to your farm on fire. Nap means nothing in 1940, it all lies. They'll agree on strongholds, but they'll change their minds. Really a sad state.
