I know people who have been in both of these states or at least done recon in them. From what I know about 1872, Mike Gunner is a very odd guy, but laid back, overall. He’s and quiet whale that is a bit socially awkward and truly has no idea how to properly play the game. We matched against that 2060 whale in our third svs, where our whales were about 3-400m power and he was 1.2b at the time. We still beat them in prep and battle. The other top 2 alliances left 2060 since the guy is a dictator and now 2060 is just a 1 alliance state

Avoid 2060. Our current state president refuses to share presidency and is inactive outside of SVS and castle battles. He only cares about the throne and the power it gives. He doesn’t activate the state buff or help the state grow.
