I’m an R4 in 2170 and completely f2p. I do think it’s best to look for another state or alliance that matches your time zone better. We usually always have a vote on what times people Can make events and there’s no pressure to join events. All we ask is if people sign up and then can’t make it to try and let us know if they can.
