Avoid Bullies in State 2255 Avoid Bullies in State 2255 The leading alliance KOW (similar to KOR) has been threatening and bullying F2P alliances. They have burned their HQs and banners, zeroed cities, and sent many derogatory remarks on world chat and personal message. There is a protest in the state and many alliances plan to leave when transfers open. The state has done poorly in events. Beware of these players and do not transfer into state 2255.
