I can attest to the above post as a former member of state 2538. I was attacked 7 times 2 minutes before I was about to transfer by the president of our state at the time, the R5 of DIS, who's name is Soul. I was in a NAP alliance and don't chat in WC.Still don't know why I was attacked. Then the person I gave R5 to was attacked after he complained in NAP chat.
