Avoid 2599 Avoid 2599 2599 is a dead state. We have lost every single SVS minus our first one. Certain alliances refuse to work together. It is their way or they resort to threatening to burn players/alliances. One of the state whales burned the president and other players because he was unhappy with how the state has always done ministry appointments during SVS (president was not online at the time said whale wanted his appointment).
