Looks like the bullies are here to prevent state 2829 from ending up on the blacklist. If the owner of the list DMs me, I'll provide them proof. Why would I take the time to come here and post all this if it weren't true? Many players are leaving 2829 and it's the truth.

Hello! Please avoid state 2829 and it to the blacklist. The NAP is run by dictators who ignore rules and torch small cities daily. Right now, during the SvS prep phase, they are targeting small alliances for resources. We lost the last SvS and are losing currently to the opposing state.
