What do players look for in an alliance? What do players look for in an alliance? So I have been leading my own alliance, Stormhaven (SHA), since the early days of state 2941. Where is the best place to find new alliance members? Where is the best place to find new alliance members? I am in state 2941, I run a small 11 player no stress, no drama, no hassel alliance.
