I cannot understand why states/alliances are pulling out all the stops to recruit new members and even large groups or entire alliances into their state and then drop out at the last minute. Without valid reason or explanation. Like why? Hey! We are state 3138. We FINALLY got rid of our idiot dictators and want to rebuild stronger. We have a united NAP 6, fortress and castle rotation and are a great group of super friendly people.
