4008 toxic 4008 toxic 4008 is a state where one alliance, TDP, destroyed all other alliances. Keith, the dictator Winner, constantly attacked players; his alliance stalked them at night and attacked anyone whose shield fell. He's still there. Now there are two alliances in the state: DFU and WIN. They destroyed the state and now they want to rebuild the ruins. There's no life there. There's no development. 4008 is a toxic state.
