For bear rallies that you run first is you'll need to invest in some older heroes: Boost Natalia or Jeronimo to 4 Star, and Max their widget (I prefer Natalia over Jeronimo, but either is fine) - this will be your infantry hero. Get Mia to 4 Star and Max her widget - she is your lancer hero. Once you have them to 4 stars (and start working on the widgets) you can run Blanchette, Mia, Jeronimo/Natalia for your formation.
