Stay Away 513 Stay Away 513 Don't transfer there! Many are leaving due to the absolute power imbalance and dictatorship of the top. Change rules mid conversation, take things away from other alliances due to them not having as deep of pockets. Absolute train wreck for f2p players (which I'm not, I just look at all sides). Avoid 513. We were in the same transfer group. We have two whole alliances trying to make it out over the next couple transfer. Complete dictatorship and will change state/nap rules in the middle of a conversation
