It's the same way in 514. All of our drama people left. Eventually our whale left. Now it's just a collection of people that prepare for the next SVS. We actually just won our first SVS. Although your state does sound like an adventure. I'm FC5 haven't upgraded to FC6 yet.

We don’t burn people in 514 ever without a really good reason. Even those out of nap are safe 99% of the time. We have our share of drama but everyone gets along for the most part.
