Side note: The description above of your ideal state perfectly mirrors state 549. We have Nap10, everyone unites for SvS in both phases, and we rotate the castle between the top alliances. World chat is active and represented by many players from around the world. We’re a friendly and peaceful state in general with no whale bullies. State transfer! State transfer! To anyone who’s interested, state 549 will welcome you all with open arms! My alliance (ExK) is the top 1 in this state. We follow nap10, rotate the sunfire castle between alliances, and are overall just very friendly people. During SvS every alliance always participates.
