I’m not sure how transfers work (still relatively new to the game) but state 713 is a peaceful state. It’s full of friendly, non-problematic players who have fun and joke around a lot in WC. I’ve been playing the game on and off for a while and so far 713 has been my favorite

As a Proud Cheif of 702, I can tell you this is the best thing that has happened to us. URSA our saviour carries us. Fun fact about the Ursa Accords is that it was inspired from the State 713. It concept was first brought out by the one and only Lord ChickenMan. Is introduction of the Tundra famous "THE CHICKEN ACCORDS" Inspired many other states to bring out their versions.

It’s rare to find lv8 farms in my state 713 Even when it’s available i never got enough res for svs This event i saved like 25d speedups for buildings , 10 for research and 15 for troops I didn’t have enough res to use them Even when i am saving since last svs and always farming 24h main and farm account What is best way to save up resources ? I can’t even start fc upgrades or catch up with other buildings bcs of resources
