See now that's awesome! In my first State everyone is like that - friendly and very social. In State 1700 where I tried to form my own alliance everyone just seems quiet outside of gloval chat. Some people from other alliances are nice so far but not as friendly as State 1564. And they're trying to recruit me haha. Maybe I just got a run of bad luck, not sure.
