I’d recommend 1962, we have a few whales but they cooperate with the rest of us f2p players. NAP6, allocated fortresses, castle on rotation between top 3 alliances. Mainly there’s a lovely feel to the state, very active WC mostly people just having some banter, no random burnings, quite a bit of hopping round alliances to get to know people.
