Lived through all of that and much more as R5, NAP & State ownership. You have a lot of suggestions given already. Just that, there are groups who are looking out for States and Alliances that can offer a more chill, relaxed vibe...not to be pressurized to spend a lot OR spend only in SvS and not in any events. These groups don't have Whales, nor Dolphins even...low spenders. I know a few that are searching for such States in the 400/500/600 Series. I am sure you are keeping…
