Exactly correct haha. The statement about our NAP is funny as well because no one talks in NAP much and they always come to the Top alliance for questions. There is voting on new things or punishments and everything. OP clearly just is either assuming or just getting bad info from someone. State 2598 is pretty peaceful to be honest right now and everyones helping out to improve the state more and more.
