Most states dont allow city hits for NAP alliances during BIA as you can earn the points on gathering tiles and castle battle without losses vs getting losses in city hits. People keep saying save for SVS, but we are losing against a state with less whales and less power. People do not keep their word. Many whales have been sent into depression because of the manipulation and drama that they have deleted their accounts. So if you are enticed into joining 2757, I am warning you.
