i used to have an acc in 2900s and the states that i recommend based on how svs-oriented and cool their community is would be 2928, 2929, and 2931 (i was reached out by someone from this state a month ago, i checked it out and they’re pretty much chill and been improving their savings for svs prep cause they lost prep twice (?) but won the battle phase.)
