Transfer event need rework. Leading status should be calculated in each transfer event, and by comparing it with other states, not by some point make by devs. If 713 is so powerfull in compare to others in every transfer event, it should be the only leading state, until another state gather enough whales and fillers to challenge them in power so both will have leading status. You will be OK if you end up in 330. I lived there for the summer before going back to my original state. They're a really great bunch of people and super organized. It's just hard to hit leaderboards with that many whales
