Same crap happened in 3453 and i stopped a lot of whales coming in. Save ur transfer passes and get the heck out. Keep ur farm there and make ads to keep spreading the word of how toxic this state is.

some events like SVS are always at 12 UTC, regardless of which state you are in other alliance based events are determined by R5/R4. if your current alliance event timings are not suitable, try to see if there is another alliance in your state that have event timings that is more convenient for you otherwise, start buying the Transfer Passes. the last transfer event was until State 3453. your state would likely be eligible for the next transfer event
